Troxus

We tested and reviewed this original version of the Troxus Explorer and quickly fell in love with it. So much that Amanda made it her daily rider and has not looked back. This version has a cadence sensor unlike the Plus version that now has dual sensors. The bike is built well with quality compnents and we have had no issues with it. Troxus offers an industry leading 5 year warranty on their products. 

Things we liked

  • 8 Speed gear set 

  • Smooth shifting no ghost pedaling at higher speeds

  • Trigger shifter

  • 20ah Battery

Things we didn't like

  • Motor is a little noiser than some others

  • I personally prefer a twist throttle. (We changed it, look for the video)
